Kelly Osbourne Not Addicted... Anymore
When your father is nicknamed the Prince of Darkness, you’re bound to have a few skeletons in your closet. Well, Kelly Osbourne sure does and she’s revealing at least one of them in her new book, Fierce. The book’s not out until next month, but we got the early scoop that Kelly tells all about her addiction to Vicodin at age 17. She was prescribed the pain killer at first but started taking more and more, and soon was up to 50 pills a day! “My friends called me ‘Noddy’ because I fell asleep all the time,” said Kelly, who was dealing with not only her newfound fame on MTV’s The Osbournes but also her mother Sharon’s cancer.
We at V2 are glad to report that Kelly’s beaten her demons. After four rehab stints, including 30 days Malibu’s Promises clinic—which you probably heard of from Britney Spears’ stay there—Kelly is clean, happy and engaged to model and new Dancing With The Stars contestant Luke Worrall. Congrats, Kelly!
