Rapper Lil Wayne’s sentencing hearing was pushed back, wow! Wayne was charged back in ’07 for attempted possession of a weapon when a gun was found on his tour bus. Allegedly his sentenced was pushed back because he needs time to heal from a dental operation. It may seem like he escaped jail but it’s only for a little while. His new sentencing date is March 2nd and the New York State Supreme Court Justice Charles Solomon told the rapper his sentenced “would not be postponed again.” Doesn’t he know New York and New Orleans are two completely different states and they abide by completely different sets of laws? Sorry Weezy, we’ll be patiently waiting for your return.
